Boy Is It Cold In Rochester
No matter how many years you've lived in Rochester, I lived here all my life, you never quite get used to how amazingly cold it can get. I was finishing up photographing for my flash assignment at about 8pm and it was definitely single digits outside. BUUUUUURRRRRRRR!!!!!!!
